The Master Workstation looked like there was a lot of gimick to it but when working with it, I was impressed with the attention to detail and engineering that went into the workflow of building, repairing or cleaning with it.

The front rest and the rear clamp are sufficient for anchoring the weapon in place. I was worried I'd go back to using my midevil bench vise for some of the heavier torqued work. Not only was this firm enough, but it's soft on the parts; no more ugly scratches from the workshop vise.

The magnetic cups built in are my second favorite feature, and are positioned perfectly for use. I can retire the stand-alone magnetic tray I've used for years. These are more convenient.

It isn't cheap, but it makes workbench time much more ergonomic and enjoyable and will result in cleaner, prettier finished products due to the soft grips.
