This knife is incredible. I work in the restaurant industry and a co-worker of mine was showing interest in this knife as he had used Bubba fishing knives in the past. I was in the market for a solid knife to make super thin, consistent slices for dehydrated fruit (cocktail garnishes), and decided to give it a shot. We have been using it for about 3 months now and wow...this knife is incredible. It is so sharp, a great weight, and there is no doubt that the quality is top notch. I highly recommend this purchase and am currently buying one for home use!
