Alpen Lifetime No Fault Warranty



The Alpen product originally purchased will be repaired or replaced by Alpen for any problem that you encounter for any reason. The warranty is an expression of our full confidence in the design, workmanship, and durability of Alpen products.


If you encounter any problem, please contact Powa Beam to receive a return authorization number (RA#) so we can track the product into our repair department for speedy service. Please include inside the box with the product, the RA#, your Name, Street Address, Telephone Number, and an explanation of the problem.

Please send the product freight prepaid to Powa Beam, PO Box 373, Billinudgel, NSW 2483. We suggest you ship the product via a method that obtains a delivery signature (Registered Post). Products sent with no signature required cannot be honored by our warranty if we do not receive the product. Powa Beam will repair or replace the product FREE of charge and will also pay the shipping charges to return the product to you. If a new replacement product is provided it will be subsequently covered by Alpen’s standard lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty is valid for purchases from any Australian state. Store or credit card receipt is required. Thank you for your confidence in choosing Alpen Optics. This warranty is fully transferable for the originally purchased product only. This warranty does not apply and is void if the product was intentionally damaged as determined by Powa Beam.


Alpen Lifetime Warranty against Manufacturing Defects


If Powa Beam sends a new replacement Alpen product to you as a result of our No FAULT-NO PROBLEM WARRANTY, the replacement product will be covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.


Possible defects may include:

  • Mechanical failure due to a component breaking (internally or externally)
  • Internal part breakage due to inaccurate assembly.

Problems not covered by our lifetime warranty include:

  • Damage due to product being dropped or abused.
  • Lens scratches due to improper cleaning.
  • Normal wear from use over time.


In the case of a product not being covered by warranty, Powa Beam will provide repair costs or provide the customer with an opportunity to purchase a new product or upgrade to a better product at a discounted price.
